DOROBIANCO GRADA DOC BIANCO
This white wine is a journey of fresh and pleasant flavours. DOROBIANCO is made with grapes from the Avanzi family’s vineyards located in Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda. It is very aromatic, with high and pleasant acidity. This wine is perfect for an aperitif or combined with lake fish and white meat.
Grapes Variety: 50% Riesling, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Bianco
Production Area: Lugana di Sirmione (Bragagna Vineyards) and Desenzano del Garda ( Montecorno Vineyards)
Harvest time: Last week of September
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Color: Pale straw
Nose: Floral with aromas of exotic fruits and citrus fruits
Taste: Savoury, fresh and elegant.
Tasting temperature: 8°C
Recommended food: Seafood, oysters and white meat.
