Mirto in Fiore: this beverage, with its typical flavour of myrtle berries, has a good tannin level and is enhanced by an aroma extracted from the tops of the flowering plant. The berries come from Sardinia and are processed as soon as they are harvested, producing an extract with an intense colour and unmistakable aroma. Other natural aromas round out the beverage, which, on the whole, ha a persistent fruity bouquet and a slightly bitter taste. All the ingredients are of plant origin, including the colours, which is obtained from myrtle berries and a grape extract rich in anthocyanins.
