Our Rías Baixas white wine is grown in vineyards adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean using the traditional Pergola system for optimal ventilation. Slow fermentation at low temperature and finished with aging on lees for 3 months to achieve a great Albariño.

Tasting note
View: Straw yellow in color, with a slight greenish hue, limpid and bright.
Nose: With medium-high aromatic intensity, floral notes (mimosa, acacia …), balsamic, white fruits (apple, pear …), citrus background (grapefruit, lime …), mineral notes and soft toasted notes.
Mouth: In the mouth it is fresh, with good acidity, fatty with volume, repeating the fruity notes. Creamy and long.
