Character: Healthy, full-bodied grapes in select quality from high yield-reduced vineyard plants. The grapes are very carefully harvested and vinified. Visually, the Justinus K. presents itself with a soft yellow tint and discreet green color nuances. The youthful fresh character is characterized by fragrant fruit aromas of pear, apricot and a light nutmeg, combined with a delicate mild, fine acidity.

Pairing: As a companion to fresh summer salads, fish, asparagus, mushroom and pasta dishes or simply between meals.
