Superiore Riviera del Garda Classico D.O.C.
The Superiore Garda Classico DOC is the most prestigious red wine of Lake Garda. It is produced with a blend of Groppello, Barbera, Rebo and Sangiovese grapes. It is elegant, full bodied and gently tannic. The aging process, in French oak barrels, favors the wine with hints of vanilla and crispy biscuits. This proudly well-balanced wine is best with grilled red meats, roasts and game dishes or simply by itself.

Vinification: Traditional fermentation in cement vats and refinement in big barrels for one year.
Color: Ruby red with orange-brown reflections.
Nose: Intense with oaky smell acquired from the barrel.
Taste: Warm, full and tannic with vanilla and biscuit tones.
