CAVA Brut Selection
Our Cava is a sparkling white from the region of Catalonia. Fermented at a low temperature to obtain a wine with the maximum aromas of the fruit. Subsequently, the second fermentation is made in the bottle for about 16 months to obtain a classic Cava Brut with intense fruity aromas, elegant, sophisticated and refreshing.
View: Bright, with a considerable release of bubbles. The carbonic forms a persistent foam in the glass for a long time. Its colour is straw yellow.
Nose: Intense. Second fermentation tertiary aromas such as pastries combine with the first fermentation aromas and give it its own character.
Mouth: Smooth and silky, its carbonic gives it freshness and vivacity, maintaining its persistence in the mouth for a long time.
