First served at the Beijing Capital Club in 2009, by Serhan “Charlie” Kusaksizoglu of the Shangri La Summit in Beijing.
This modern cocktail will be delicious to sip before as an aperitif but will also provide a tasty contrast for smoked meats and sausages.
First served at Aureole, New York in 2004. This cocktail is named after a short story written by Joseph Conrad, inspired by Polish patriot Prince Roman Sanguszko, grandfather of Jozef Potocki whose signature adorns every bottle.
Well suited to any kind of fried meat in Chinese cuisine, such as sweet & sour pork, or General Tso’s chicken.
First served at Il Buco, New York 2004. Named after the famed Arabian stallion “Skowronek” bred by Jozef Potocki.
Works well as an aperitif stand alone or with savoury canapés.
This is a delicious blend that makes a nice change from vermouth. Freeze the caper berries to add an extra chill to the martini if so desired.
