CAVA Brut Rosé
Our Cava is a sparkling rosé from the Penedés region. Fermentation and maceration at low temperature using the best Grenache grapes in the region for three weeks. Subsequently, it remains in the cellar for more than 12 months.
Tasting note
View: Clean with red and pinkish hues. It has a soft bubble release.
Nose: Soft fragrance with scents of fruits, raspberry and cassis (black currant).
Mouth: Filled with a splendid bubbly feeling. The red fruit also appears with a long persistence.
