Heritage: The Potocki family distilled vodkas from 1816 until 1944 in Central Poland. In 2002 Jan-Roman Potocki revived the family brand. More than half a century later, Jan-Roman Potocki took up his forefathers’ legacy, producing a spirit expressing the full character of Polish vodka and carrying forth a proud family tradition.

Recipe: 100% Polish rye harvested by the distiller in the distillery’s surrounding fields.

Method: Produced in Poland from freshly harvested rye from the distillery’s surrounding fields. Artisanal Production in small batches. Double distilled with no charcoal filtration, preserving the vodkas character, and no additives, such as citric acid or glycerine are used.

Flavour Profile: Has been called a “whisky connoisseur’s vodka” to be sipped and savored. Shows notes of nuts, aniseed and pepper. With a faint bouquet and a smooth mouth feel with extraordinary flavour. Potocki has a long finish, entertaining the palate unlike other vodkas.

Service: Ideally consumed neat, on the rocks or in Dry Martinis, it pairs wonderfully with smoked fish or meats, caviar and chocolate.
