TASTING NOTES: The fusion of its characteristic pale yellow colour with soft greenish hues gives a charming harmony of tones. It has a firm, elegant and slightly fruity bouquet on the nose married to a soft, velvety mouth-feel with a taste reminiscent of walnut husk on the palate.
