Wine elaborated with 100% aromatic Malvasía variety, one of the oldest varieties, as per our references, grown for the first time in Castilla La Mancha by Bodegas y Viñedos Verum.
Single Vineyard coming from our estate El Romeral; estate dedicated to recovering some minority varieties. The wine is fermented at controlled temperature and then goes through a lees aging during 3 months. After bottling, we let it rest in the winery for another 6 months before it goes to the market.
Verum Malvasía (aromatic) will definitely surprises you by the intensity of its floral aromas, by its nice acidity and unctuous character in the mouth. It is very much persistent in the after taste.
