3 oz. Potocki Wódka
1/2 oz. Caper berry Juice
In mixing glass over ice combine Potocki Wódka with caper berry juice. Stir well and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with caper berry.
This is a delicious blend that makes a nice change from vermouth. Freeze the caper berries to add an extra chill to the martini if so desired.
Ideal with smoked salmon or other fish but will compliment any hors d’oeuvres made with eggs, or lightly smoked poultry or meats.
